Hawaiian Shirt Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) makes games and other software and operates this website at hawaiianshirtstudios.com. We’ve built our products to need as little of your information as possible.
The short version: we don’t collect, store, or sell your personal information, and we don’t run ads. The only analytics we use is a single privacy-focused, anonymous tool (TelemetryDeck), and we don’t ask you to create an account. The sections below explain what that means, and the few places where standard infrastructure (like an app store or a web host) is involved.
This website
Our website is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. We don’t run advertising on it, and we don’t track you across the web. To understand roughly how the site is used we use one anonymous analytics tool, and a few standard services process limited technical information to deliver and measure the site:
- TelemetryDeck provides anonymous website analytics. When you open a page it records an anonymous pageview. It uses no cookies and no advertising identifiers, and any visitor identifier is anonymized, so a visit can’t be traced back to you. TelemetryDeck is a Germany-based company subject to the GDPR. - GitHub Pages (our host) may log standard request data such as your IP address and browser type for security and reliability. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
- The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google and, in doing so, shares your IP address with Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
The website analytics we receive are anonymous and aggregate. They tell us things like how many people viewed a page, not who they are, and we can’t use them to identify you.
Our apps (including Neon Landing)
Our games are designed to work without accounts and without sending your data to us.
- No account, no sign-in. You can use our apps without giving us any personal information.
- Your data stays on your device. Game settings, progress, and scores are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud, Apple may sync some of this data across your own devices through your iCloud account. That data lives in your Apple account, not on our servers, and we can’t see it.
- Purchases. If you make an in-app purchase, it is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple may share aggregated, non-identifying sales and performance information with us (for example, how many purchases were made). See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- No ads. Our apps contain no third-party advertising, and no advertising or cross-app tracking identifiers.
- Privacy-focused analytics. To understand how the app is used and improve it, we use TelemetryDeck, an analytics service built to be anonymous. It records aggregate usage signals (for example, that the app was opened or a screen was viewed). It uses no advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking, and any device identifier is anonymized before it reaches TelemetryDeck, so the data can’t be traced back to you. Information we collect
Directly, none. We don’t operate servers that collect personal information, and we don’t maintain user accounts or mailing lists. If you email us (using the contact address on this site), we’ll receive whatever you choose to put in your message, and we’ll use it only to reply to you.
How we use information
Because we don’t collect personal information, we don’t use it for profiling, advertising, or resale. Any message you send us is used solely to respond to your question or request.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, because we don’t collect it, and we don’t share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Children’s privacy
Our products are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information by email, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA/CPRA (California), including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. We don’t store your personal information on our systems, which is the strongest protection we can offer it. Information handled by the third-party services above is protected under their respective security practices.
International visitors
Our website and apps are available globally. Where infrastructure providers process technical data, it may be handled in the United States or other countries under their own safeguards.
